Terms & Conditions

By engaging Budget Logistics And Packers for any relocation service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Scope

Services include packing, loading, transportation, unloading and unpacking as specified in your quotation. Any additional service will be quoted separately.

2. Quotation & Payment

Quotations are valid for 15 days. A booking advance is required to confirm the move date; the balance is payable on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Liability & Insurance

All goods are handled with utmost care. Transit insurance is optional and available at additional premium. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous, illegal, perishable or high-value fragile items unless declared in writing.

5. Cancellation

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to charges.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
